I am 5'8, weigh 270, goal weight is 170, 53 years old I walk 2-4 miles 5 days a week, Leslie Sansone. My daily calories 1390 I burn around 300 Try to do some strength 2-3 times a week My goal is be healthy and look heathly. I dont want nor do I need to be skinny

Hello, I can relate to this topic. About 6 years ago I dropped 50 lbs, only to gain it back this past year, ugh! So here I am again, ready to shed 100 lbs. Started this morning with a 2 mile walk Dvd, healthy breakfast and healthy lunch . Oh yeah its gonna happen this time and I mean it!!
