I was having similar issues when I first went back to eating vegetarian. My body has more or less adjusted, it just takes time. Frozen fruit and veggies (without any added sauces, sugars, ect) are a great "cheap" way to get your fruits and veggies in... beans beans beans! cheap and clean... brown rice...cheap and clean All of these items make excellent meals when combined together (along with some simple herbs and spices) Good Luck!

Well it's 8:30pm and.......... I REALLY love the idea of doing some stretches while watching the TV! I think I could even lift some weights! Over the past few weeks I have found a new addiction to frozen fruit and smoothies at night! Thanks for the suggestions!

I write down "rewards" I have done it in 5lb increments but you can do what works best for you. Here is an example: 5lbs: New nail polish 10lbs: Manicure 15lbs: New shirt 20lbs: New Jeans. Celebrate and reward yourself and good luck!

I can totally relate. The scale has been up and down 10lbs for well over 6 months now. I can do really well with my food then have a rough day and spend the evening chowing instead of exercising...
