  • I was 26 when I had my son and had been married about 2 years. I ended up divorcing my husband, marrying my current husband 7 years later, and had my daughter when I was 38! There is NO rush for you to have children. Waiting is fine. You have plenty of time!

  • Go to jazzercise.com and go to "Shop" they have a "jane strap" that holds you down. I used to be an instructor and it was a nice thing to have to hold the girls down.
