  • This isn't a quick fix, but I had the same problem. I went vegan, but I think cutting out the dairy did it. It took multiple months, but now I can eat all the fruits and nuts I want. It's obviously a huge change, but there a so many physiological rewards it's unbelievable. Try it for 2 weeks and see what you think.…
  • If you run or bike, I would recommend checking out the Garmin series. That will allow you to program any workout you can think of that's based on time, distance, speed, heart rate, etc. You can also download the data the computer to track HR, speed, distance, etc. It's worth the added cost, imo.
