New NSV aim for all the ladies of MFP! Nae luck boys :)

Smurf - Family nickname since I'm a bit on the short side (fitting that I was a wee blue baby too) P.Shep - Old school mates (You have to say 'dot') Flaps - Uni friends...not sure where this came from and I'm not entirely chuffed with it but my whole crowd has kinda dodgy ones :)

Just gonna have to make that change! I never thought I'd see the day when I'd be thinking twice about a night out or what to order in a bar. For now I've made the choice that I'd rather slim down than get wasted.

Milk :( Always told milk's good for you! I love the stuff, used to drink close to 4 pints some days. Not any more :(
-
Me at a glow paint party during Freshers week last September...cropped it to hide the multiple bottles of drink :) In my defence the bar was bus, made sense to stock up!

Ahhh love this one! Bread crusts give you curly hair and cheese gives you nightmares!
-
Sarcasm doesn't work when you have to point out you've done it :) just something else to think about.

Depends who the guy is i suppose. I've got a number of guy mates, some of them my best friends, who I speak to regularly and would never dream of changing that. Saying that, I can understand how a bf might be uncomfortable with this. I think if it's someone she's been friends with for years and nothing has ever happened…

I thought you were offering me a heap of sarcasm....never mind!

Ahhh my Dutchies are breaking my heart! Lost their spark :( not happy!
-
Yes, love them! Dave's a babe haha. But seriously, they're amazing!

I do this sometimes and imagine it still works. Burning calories is burning calories to me. I just don't count my warm up when logging!

Backing the Dutch, yesterday was a blip! Was planning on a Spain v Netherlands final for some revenge after the world cup! Interesting few days so far so we shall see!!!

Hey there! I'm 22, 5'1 with about 15 lbs left to lose! Feel free to add :)

Nothing to be ashamed of, part of life and plenty people have them so I'd say go for it. It's totally up to you though, you need to feel comfortable and confident. You look great in your pic anyway :)

To some extent yes. I am making better choices, eating more salad etc. I have not and will not switch to low fat, low cal, weight watchers style foods. I enjoy my tasty everyday foods in moderation :)
-
Literally just in from a night out, managed to behave myself mostly. I had saved up calories today for going out. I suppose with last minute things you could go enjoy yourself and have a great day foodwise the following day plus extra exercise.

Climbed trees. Roller bladed Cycled everywhere

Cannot wait!! Only issues is I'll be curbing my beer intake :( Backing the Netherlands!!! :)

I do it quite often and I tend to be pretty coherent. My Mum's always warned me not to keeps secrets coz I could give anything away when I'm sleeping!

Fit Flops!

I'm not one for eating McDonalds...having been in years. But if you plan for it and it fits then why not. If it's something you eat and enjoy no one here can expect you to completely give it up! Clearly everyone here particularly enjoys something that isn't good for them! Enjoy it :)

I eat caramel snack a jacks (rice cakes) if I'm needing something sweet. Chocolate wise you could buy in snack size mulitpacks and have one if your reaching for chocolate. have some strawberries or raisins or something with it too so you're eating more if that helps. Might not be what you're looking for but I'm aim not to…
-
I genuinely love you for this!
-
I see...would you mind letting me know what your chiro says? No one else seems to have any thoughts :)

Swimming is great to strengthen knees. Cycling is also less impact than running and other sports, especially along a flat(ish) surface.

Gonna be mixed opinions here! Personally I love mine :) I'm an E and if they were any smaller I think I'd feel very odd! Luckily for me, they don't shift when I lose weight :)
