May I ask what you did to boost your success? Foods you eat, exercising (how long & how often), etc. I need advice badly...no support groups or wls people in the boondocks where I live & my doctor is 3 hours away...please help?

Skivvies is such a fun word...lol...I totally weigh in my skivvies...still not so good with my naked self
