That's a great question, however the only thing I can think of is that MFP is starting your BRM at a little lower rate than your other information is.

I see a young many with a severe physical disability finish a marathon, i see a nephew lose the ability to walk in an accident and manage to win comeback athlete of the year and train for the para Olympics in 2016, I see all of the great success stories on this site and I can only say "all of my excuses are invalid"

Sarah, not sure if this will help much but I like to give blood regularly as I can. The last time was in December 2013 my blood pressure was 136/84, pretty much in the prehypertension zone, after 8 weeks of effort I gave blood again yesterday and it was 110/72. it surprised me how much it change in just 8 weeks.
