I've been a bit grumbly this past week so this is a great thread. Lost 3.4 lbs since my last weigh in, my nails have done a 180 and are long, strong and healthy, my fruit and vegetable plants are alive and flowering. Yay!

AMEN! No, I haven't gotten out as much as I would like, I did decide to mow the lawn around noon though. Figured that would count for something. Agree with all of the above. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Agave nectar for me. I *really* wanted to like stevia but I just don't. I'll use it to sweeten anything, really. I like it because it's a syrup so even in iced tea/coffee I don't have to worry about that lump of sugar at the bottom. So it has calories, like another poster said, they are worth it to me.

I agree, C25K is where it's at. I finished it up back in May and have kept jogging since. I'm amazed at what my body is capable of! Definitely my favorite thing about it.
