I chose poorly yesterday with my food choices and still picked myself up and moved on with it instead of using that as an excuse to derail the whole way of life and even went to the gym as planned yesterday :)

mmm pie! I am going to eat turkey, vegetables and sweet potatoes and a piece of pie. I am cooking so I think that I can manage to keep the damage low and still enjoy one day of eating lovely yummy food. I will be going to the gym that morning and the next day as well

I have this problem as well. MFP over estimates the # of calories burned. Same elliptical as you 350 calories in 30 minutes on the machine and MFP said I burned over 800. I go with the lower #

Because when I had it open during my last attempt some snide person that I did not even know messaged me telling me everything that I was doing wrong. Eating too little one day and too much another. ridiculing me because I had a small slice of chocolate cake... it was my birthday dammit.
