I start by logging my food and aim for 30 min of exercise a day even if it is just a walk. Then I will move on with tweaking my food choice to include more protein and veggies

I get that too... I think it is just because they want us to be healthy. They don't really mean anything horrible by it. Day in day out it is all I hear.

Hi I am a mommy to 3! My son is 5 and my twin daughters are 3. In addition to household stuff I also work full time as an office manage in a physical therapy clinic.

40 minutes south of Boston here our budget is $400 - $500 per month for five people. We buy mostly fresh in season fruits and vegetable. Whole cuts of lean meats... We eat pretty healthy but we have to work for it. North of Boston you are lucky you have Market Basket... We should have one end of the the year! Trader Joes…

gluten free is very hard but if it makes your body function better then it is totally worth it

drinking lots of water helps as well as peeling yourself up out of the chair and forcing yourself to move. Yes I peel myself up quite frequently
