Thanks for the advice everybody I usually only try to weigh myself 1 time a month or so it's more of a subconscious thing for me. Grenon I don't have problems with loose skin and such I wasnt huge just kinda looked like a football lineman I shrank nicely LOL

I did Lean the 1st time through it did me right a more cardio than anything it will help you drop weight and build a little mass but not much. I'm doing Classic this time around and there is a giant difference I am getting bigger every week I am happy I did Lean first though otherwise I think I would be hurting more than I…
