Wow! Thanks a mil for sharing the article and also the tip about blood glucose levels. I started 30 Day Shred on Tuesday and the scale has been either up a lb or 2 or stayed the same (it's fluxuating). Glad I red this before throwing in the proverbial towel on 30DS.

It would be tricky to do this but, ideally, I would spend the day snuggling with my significant other and my two grown kids. I love hugs and these are the three people who's hugs feel the warmest and mean the most to me.

I have the same problem but at night when I can't sleep. Since your seem to struggle with the weekends, are there any activities you can quickly engage in to distract yourself? At night, because I can't just run out to change my mind-set, I used guided meditation CDs. Truthfully, they're not a magic fix but they do help me…
