I'm a HUGE fan of Cellucor - everything of their's is amazing. Whipped Vanilla, Cinnamon Swirl, Peanut Butter Marshmallow... mmm.
-
Chicken breasts, steaks, protein powder, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, any meat, really... I hit my protein goal easily today: Calories: 1,377 Protein: 134 Fat: 80 Carbs: 45

Cellucor or Optimum Nutrition. The Whole Food's 365 brand isn't too bad, either.

Beeps, what are your calorie goals for the week? I've been thinking about going LOW cal for two weeks to get below 125-120 before May. Ladies, I know nothing about breastfeeding, so I can't help you there. I'm hoping to not be invited to any more dinners these next few weeks since I'm always uncomfortable being offered…
-
I aim for about 1000 cal per day. I occassionally allow myself to go over, but often find myself regretting it!
-
Amy - I'm so sorry about your cat! That's always terrifying. Beep - what is the venus workout? I'm hoping to be able to go bouldering today, if my knee doesn't act up. :( *grumbles* I hate having this stupid patellofemoral pain syndrome. It sucks.

Happy Saint Patrick's day, guys! I kind of at a lot this weekend, but still managed to stay fairly low. Week total: 6692 My sister's boyfriend was visiting when I was visiting my husband and family and I went a bit enthusiastically to the chocolate side of the kitchen. Whoops! I was feeling major guilt, but I'm not going…

It's highly caloric, but great for my hair. I use it to line muffin tins and as a leave-in conditioner for my hair.

I'm a 25 year old woman! Not a parent, probably never will be, but I log daily and am very active.
-
Update: I've lost 1.8 lbs since the 1st. Only 8.2 lbs to go in order to achieve the 10 lb goal! I also managed to break my plateau, I haven't been able to get under 131 in FOREVER.
-
Whoops! I was spacy this weekend due to excitement. I finally broke my plateau and am now below 130 lbs!!! My calories last week: 5759, total. I just wasn't hungry at all yesterday. My goals for this week are the same. I need to stop drinking so much pop! I am averaging twice per day.

I hate that I still seem to have fat arms! My measurements are 32-26-36, but I want my arms to be much thinner and I am hoping to bring my waist to less than 25 inches. I also really, really hate when people act like food is evil or that it is rude to pass on food. I'm working on eating less sweets, and succeeding, but…

I'm definitely doing the March challenge! My goal is 8000 kcal per week, with a minimum of 60 g protein per day. March goals: 1. Walking 10,000 steps per day 2. Biking for 30 min per day. 3. Drink less pop (only 1 can per day) 4. Lose 5 lbs. 5. Do calisthenics routine at least every other day.

I'm down for the Star challenge in March! I am feeling much better about my health and have kicked my binging habit. :D
-
I'm ready to start whenever! My next weigh-in is March 1st. We'll see what's up then! Nikky, I don't usually eat back my exercise calories.
-
24:13, but I had started off fairly slow and then upped my pace a quarter of the way in when my friends said that I should take off. But anything is awesome, under 30 minutes is fabulous for new runners!

5'6" and 154 lbs. I'm currently 131 lbs and working at getting down to 115.
-
I'm generally trying to stick to 1000 a day, but I go above ocassionally if I'm truly hungry. I keep my protein above 60g per day. I rely on a few different sites for ideas: Recipe Analyzer: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php Banana Bread Protein Muffins:…

I'd love to be 121 lbs by the end of April. I'm currently trying to stay at a reasonable caloric deficit (for me) and bike 1 hour per day, do my body weight resistance workout daily, and hit 10,000 steps each day. Feel free to add me! (I do tend to eat on the lower side, but I keep my protein high.)
-
Yep, regularly. Most athletic pants/shorts are made for this. When I did ballet, it was mandatory to be commando.
-
You ladies can add me, too! I'm 5'6" and stuck just a lb above 130, trying to get down to 110-115 lbs. I'm very encouraging!
-
I'm 5'6" and stuck around 131.6 lbs. I can't seem to break the 130 lbs mark! I was in a very bad binge/restrict cycle, but I have broken it and am eating much healthier again. I'm hoping to get below 129 by the end of March. (I'd love to be 125, but I'm setting smaller goals in order to keep out of that B/R cycle.) Feel…

I wear minimal makeup (sometimes more when feeling whimsical) at all times. The only time you'll see me out and about without is when I'm running at 5 am in the dark getting very sweaty, or if I'm feeling ill. For me, it's a matter of ME feeling presentable. I may not be able to control my hair, but I can cover up my…

A purebred mutt. 50lbs of anxious fun!

Half a grape, one raspberry, one blueberry.. etc. :D

I am recovering from a partial tear in my left knee's meniscus. Consult an orthopedic surgeon. Mine did not recommend surgery, just PT, ice, and ibuprofin. I walk on stable, flat sufaces and that's about it for now.
-
I got: Compression socks, ski socks, a fitbit flex, and silk hiking thermals. :D
-
My mum gained 70 lbs with me, and lost 50 lbs almost immediately after giving birth to me. It happens.
-
It's only partially torn, and can be healed with time and care. I've been working with a physical therapist to improve it and it will take months to recover, but after 3 visits I've already noticed an improvement. @Mistya81 Of course you can add me! Whatever you do, don't do anything past the pain threshold of 1 in a 0-10…

All humour aside, this reeks of sexism. /end rant.
