The day is almost over and I have been able to eat healthy : ) :happy: Now I just need to get on the bike when I watch television.

I think I can burn 3000 calories a week. That is how many MFP says I burn, but it might actually be less.... Most of my cardio is done on the stationary bike. I have one dumbell to confuse my muscles. My muscles also get confused when I clean the floor with some wet napkins from the store. It sounds like a good idea to set…

Try skinnytast.com that is where I got a recipe for a chicken and pork soup. But what I did was add just a little bit of beef as the meat ingredient. I added lots of cabbage like it said. That is great! You are an inspiration for me. I just started this week and will loose 75 pounds in less than a year. I will try very hard. I cut out unhealthy fast food too.
