I wear it all day...I don't really care about the amount of cals I burn in a day, but when I do certain things I like to know how many cals I burned. Also I'm in love with my HRM :)

It's not easy to eat back calories though...most people I know won't even make it to 1000 cals for the day b/c technically you aren't supposed to pig out

I was gonna make a topic also..but I was gonna wait until July...lol But I don't know what to do...I'm so confused on how to eat and I really don't wanna gain any of the weight back! By the way I'm really not excited about Ramadan being in July! It's soooo hot lol

At my moms house she'll buy takeout about 0-1 time a week...& when she does buy takeout it's Chinese food....a lot of people in my family are like that..I guess it's a cultural thing (African)

I don't mind cardio but I wouldn't say I'm obsessed. I'm more obsessed with weight lifting :) But I do have my obsessed days with cardio..it's a good way to burn a lot of calories & when I'm in the zone I go hard! :)

I LOVE chinese food...I could eat it everyday...loi I try to stick with chicken brocolli..and I'd go home and make some brown rice to go with it (unless I'm at school)..that's honestly all I eat that's "some what healthy"

You'll be fine as long as it didn't total up to 3500 cals! Just be sure to drink lots of water..... Btw I love brownies (hell, chocolate in general) so you definitely had a brownie for me! Thanks :) lol
