Drink lots of water... and eat less calories than you burn everyday... by a small amount though. Eat clean foods. Eliminate sugars and salts!

I am always looking for more people to socialize and work together with.... I love being a motivator and a leader. I have lost some weight and have a lot more to go.... but overall my goal is to adopt healthy habits into my life :D
