Right there with you. I'm a stay-at-home (and homeschooling) mom, and have 68 lbs total to lose. My first goal is 174 (got 10 lbs to go)... was hoping to hit it by Christmas or at least New Years, but it's hard to find time to exercise. My next goal after that would be 145... but I don't have a timeline for that one yet. :)

Just starting... so, jumping in on week 3. Week #3 - November 18th - Goal 360 minutes Exercise and staying hydrated are my weakest points. So, I'm hoping this will motivate me to exercise, at least.

My goal is 1200 calories. I'm never hungry. In fact, I usually near the end of my day, realizing I didn't eat enough and need to have another meal. When I exercise, I make sure I eat those calories as well.

Thank you - so so much - for posting your story. I have never exercised because I've had bad knees since I was a teen, and then I broke my foot a while back, and that gives me trouble too. It's painful, but of course, no problem I have is as painful as yours... so suddenly I think I can do this. I also have the hormonal…

My favorite is Venison Soup. Venison, onions, celery, potatoes with the skin still on, carrots, peas, and portobello or shiitake mushrooms. Salt, pepper, and thyme to flavor. OMG, soooo yummy and super easy to make.

My goal is to be able to enjoy the holidays while sticking to my weight loss. I need to lose about 60 more lbs, but I'm not going to deprive myself either. So it's a balancing act. Portion control, eating slowly, and finding non-food ways to enjoy holiday goodness. I'd love to be down to 174 by Christmas - which would…

My top 10 food and drink... I'm trying not to laugh, as is doesn't look like a "diet" at all. Heck, it barely looks like food! It's pretty funny, because the lbs are falling off quickly, and I always feel full, and I'm healthier than I've ever been. I swear, I do eat lots of real food. Hot Tea w/ milk & sugar - Hot tea…

I bought myself a bag of my favorite candy bar (100 Grand), and I'm enjoying those whenever I feel like it. And my sons gave me a small pile of other candy for me to enjoy at will... I had as much as I wanted Halloween night, and woke up the next morning to find I'd lost an entire pound. I was pretty happy about that.…

The only food I have difficulty controlling is Panettone. LOL. It's my only weakness... so in spite of having an entire loaf sitting in my house, waiting for Christmas, I suppose, I am either pigging out (eating 3 servings at once, and wishing for more) or not eating it at all. I've opted to not eat it. :C Everything else,…
