I'm new to the group and up for the challenge! Here are my stats: SW: 172 (4/8/13) CW: 172 GW: 167 My personal goal for this month is to get moving! I am walking a 5K, and also will commit to 3-35-minute work outs per week. I am also on a mission to quit sugar once and for all. Onward and upward!
