Wow Rylee. I'm going to have to give a 9.5...only because I can't see the rest of you. You have GORGEOUS eyes, however. :)

Do NOT use ADA guidelines. They are WAY to low and you will lose much muscle mass during weight loss.

You're right. That's a lot. lol First things first, your body is not very efficient at burning fat and building muscle at the same time, so you must concentrate on losing the body-fat first, while maintaining or slightly building upon what muscle you already have. You likely need about 2300 calories to maintain your weight…

This is a sign of dehydration and/or glycogen depletion. Be sure you're taking in plenty of fluids and try eating more carbs prior to working out and/or low carb-high sugar fruits immediately after working out.

Let me throw the disclaimer out there that I'm not a doctor... BUT it sounds like you've hit your max once and know what that feels like, so as long as you know when to back off you should be okay. Turbo Fire is designed to put you in that anaerobic state, which is why it is so effective. Most people can't handle the heart…

You don't feel like you're really working out at 80% because you've raised your anaerobic threshold by exercising with such intensity over time. Your body has adapted to the added stress and has become very efficient at burning fat for fuel. 80-90% is likely a safe working zone for you, but I would advise against going…

Haha. 8.73. You're very cute. The whole picture is there but it is centered as the thumbnail image. You can see the whole me by clicking on it. lol :)

7. You look naturally pretty. Just keep working toward your goal. Cute kid.

You have hundreds of avenues to find free strength training routines online. One that I recommend is StrongLifts 5x5 (stronglifts.com). You can also find several workouts on bodybuilding.com based on what you want to accomplish. A few pointers as you progress: Do any strength training BEFORE cardio. You can do a quick 5-10…

Yes, it can vary greatly depending on age and fitness level. Your numbers seem pretty high, however. The maximum safe heart-rate for a 24 year-old is 196. Your cardio workouts should remain between 55 and 85% of this maximum heart-rate to get adequate results (107-166 bpm). Personally, unless I'm doing interval training…

^^^Geez...another bandwagon fan... Lol just kidding! :) Hockey is a great sport! (The greatest, if you ask me!) The more fans the merrier!

I want a woman to be confident and driven. I either want you to be established, happy and confident in your chosen career, or have pre-defined goals with a plan and the drive to actually accomplish those goals. I want to be a gentleman and do things for you out of kindness, but I don't want to HAVE to do things for you…

There are several possible causes for "shin splints". It is possible, however unlikely, that by doing Zumba on a hard surface over time has lead to small stress fractures in your lower leg bone. Again, this is unlikely, but you would need to be diagnosed by a doctor to find out. The most common cause of shin pain is muscle…

There are plenty of exercises to strengthen your core and assist you in maintaining good posture, but if I had to pick the best, my vote is on the deadlift. When done with PROPER FORM, the deadlift uses more muscles than any other exercise, and will strengthen your lower back to no end...a key component in posture.…

I lift 5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week. The variable is what you're trying to accomplish. As a general rule of thumb, however, any cardio should be done after strength training. There are several theories regarding why this method is more beneficial to fat loss, but more importantly you need to be fairly fresh…

I pretty much look like me. No smoke and mirrors or photoshopped pics... ...I'm sexy and I know it!...wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, yea!...I work out! :)

Your hair is blonde. (Hey, the title says "most OBVIOUS", doesn't it? lol)
-
I'll add another vote for squats and deadlifts. Both exercises work the core extensively if done with PROPER FORM and keep your body in balance. Rock hard abs are worthless if you don't have a strong lower back to balance your body out.

You can gain plenty of strength with body-weight only exercises. Check out this website for some examples: http://zenhabits.net/minimalist-fitness-how-to-get-in-lean-shape-with-little-or-no-equipment/ Push-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups and body-weight squats are some of the most effective compound exercises you can do. You can…
