When I started MFP, I just logged what I ate, and didn't look at or worry about calories etc. I agree, so much water, so many bathroom trips. I just drink when I'm thirsty. When I started, I had NO energy. I didn't bother trying to exercise, but if I walked, I logged it! I just started keeping track of my food diary. If I went over, I went over (calories). My coworker did that once (while she was in uniform). She will never do that again, unless she sees a baby coming out. Someone asked me once. I said no, my shirt is puffy. (It wasn't all shirt, but I know how you feel).

I try to be consistent, and weigh my self at night. Right after a shower, when I'm still in my birthday suit. I will sometimes weigh myself daily, or wait a few days (especially when I eat too much!). I find every few days is easier to see a bigger change. :)

Me too! Although, in the warm weather, I can drink a 32 oz bottle of G2 Gatorade, so I hope that counts for something! I will go through spells of drinking water, or something else with flavor, even if it's a little lemon seltzer. :)

I'm 5'9" and currently weigh about 173#. My size 14 pants now NEED a belt to hold them up.

CONGRATS!! I just hit my 20 pound mark as well. YES! It bothers me that no one notices. (Hubby noticed 5 pounds ago, and was pleased). I wish OTHER people would notice too! Especially those I haven't seen all summer. At least I know. Maybe we should ask someone who has not noticed to help us find new clothes. :)
