I eat the club on Italian with american cheese, lettuce, and lite mayo. 780 calories total for a footlong. Before my diet I used to eat a meatball footlong on italian herb and cheese with double american cheese and lots of ranch sauce

I eat the same think for breakfast everyday. Apparently regular Snickers bars now have the same amount of protein and fiber.

As a child I was thin and active. I lived in an urban area and my parents decided to move me to a rural area even though I didn't like it. I drink nothing but diet pop and I have never succumb to dehydration

I'm looking at the back of my diet Pepsi bottle and the sodium content is 35mg or 1% of a 2000 calorie diet. The bottle even says very low sodium.

I had mine out for a couple months before I did physical activity. You're lucky, they had to put a tube down my throat and take out a gallstone deep inside my stomach.

Stopped at the store to get something to drink during lunch. I used a debit card and the cashier asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thanks I'm trying to lose weight. She gave me a really puzzled look.

When I was a kid I would go to the one in Warren but that was 20 years ago. They rebuilt everything where it used to be so I'm not sure if it's still there.

That's the one I went to. I don't know, I didn't see a lot of obese people and just didn't feel comfortable.

I'm just going to bring it up, but you said he is homeschooled, does he have a social life? Most kids meet their friends through school so maybe he sits and eats because he's bored or lonely.

When I was young I got my exercise by picking on my sister. I would trhow something at her, she would get mad, chase me for awhile, and then get tired.

When I first read this thread I seriously thought you were talking about getting a kidney stone. It took me awhile to figure out you were talking about a unit of measurement. I know this post has really no relevance.

I'll also add that all this talk about fecal matter has killed my apetite. This is a good way to lose weight

It seems easy enough to collect it. Just get one of those toddler training toilets and put a bag in it and then just grab the bag and put it on the scale.

I've also hit Meijers too. I only keep toilet paper for emergencies. My bowel movements are handled in other locations.

I have bowel movements about 3-4 times a week and yet they are still large. I save them for when I'm at work or at Walmart because they have more powerful toilets.

I guess I need to take a calcium supplement after drinking my pop.

I lost 100 pounds literally drinking a 12 pack of Diet Pepsi a day. I ended up gaining it back but that was unrelated. I used to drink the same amount in regular pop. I'll go down drinking diet pop.

I get an hour for lunch so it doesn't take me an hour to eat lunch. My goal is to walk up and down the stairs for 30 minutes but I get spent after going up them once. Hopefully I can build myself up to be able to do the stairs for 30 minutes.
