I don't think it's inherently dangerous to gain weight quickly, unless your weight gain indicates a serious health condition, like a giant tumor or severe edema. If the weight gain is explained by overeating, then you know what to do. It's extremely easy to put weight back on, especially soon after a loss. If you're not…

I do a full body strength workout twice a week, and do a gentle yoga class on one of those days.
-
That's utterly adorable!

Nothing is wrong with them, unless they don't satiate you, they raise your blood sugar, or you have other reasons to avoid starch. They have much the same effect as sugar does on insulin. So, if sugar is a particular problem for you, then you might want to go to war on starch too.

I'm in! I'm always trying to cut out as much sugar and starch as I can, and keep the fiber and protein. I'd rather eat fat for energy.

I don't enjoy binge eating at all. It feels like a horrible, degrading way to avoid facing my feelings directly. I haven't had a real binge in years, and I still despise any emotional eating that I do out of stress, boredom or sadness, because it takes away from experiencing my feelings. I'm okay with eating together to…

I work out 7 days a week, and need about 1500-1600 calories to maintain, at 5'4", 115 pounds. It isn't a lot of food. To be honest though, I'm rarely physically hungry.

My husband finally got in shape, after years of being a little overweight, and I'm happy about it. I don't think that means he's going to cheat on me, but if he does, I hope he tells me.

Yes and no. Thin people who exercise and eat right can develop diabetes 2. You're still improving your chances of not getting it by exercising, eating right, and maintaining a healthy body composition.
-
I'm not going to go around telling people they're less intelligent, for any reason.
-
I log all my exercises as 1 calorie. I only eat back some of my calories if I'm out hiking or biking for more than 2 or 3 hours.
-
That sounds complicated. Yes, overeating great food is an issue, however you could also make those into really healthy meals, and great fellowship, with meat, veggie sides, and going easy on the breads and sweetened drinks.

My grandmother, who was morbidly obese, did this sort of thing to me from the age of 8 on. I don't know how a skinny 8 year old can have a butt that is too big, but she always told it was, and talked about how thin my cousin was. But she was worse to my sister, and proclaimed her "not cute." This behavior was always…

I always have a protein and fat snack, not necessarily huge, since I have protein and fat at every meal anyway.
-
I had a similar experience after a car accident. I was having panic attacks, and felt like I couldn't breath, which stopped me from exercising much for a few months. I went to a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy and worked through it. Now exercise is how I cope with stress.
-
I don't drink alcohol. My friends aren't heavy drinkers, and I'm naturally vivacious enough that no one notices whether I'm drinking or not.
-
I need to keep logging, unless I want to keep gaining and losing the same 7 pounds again and again. I just finished losing the 7 pounds, again, and I'd like to keep it that way.

You can get all the energy that you need for working out from fats. The glycogen levels of people in ketosis are normal. They're just better at using fat, because their enzymes for fatty acid catabolism are up-regulated.

I've learned to love enough veggies, cooked the way I like them, to get my minimum recommended servings per day, which is 2 cups of the little antioxidant bombs per day. I'm not winning any awards for veggie eating, but it's a vast improvement over what I was doing before I started counting carbs and was eating bread and…

No. I'm super excited about being able to do five pushups.
-
Six ounces of fish, a steak or a hamburger are my favorites. I do vegetarian protein too, with black soy beans, tofu, or things made out of veggie based protein powders. I love pressed tofu in peanut sauce.
-
Mine isn't even showing data.
-
No. Absolutely not. If you want to do something, you could go for a long walk, even an all day hike, nothing punishing, a recreational activity that burns some extra calories and takes your mind off the guilty feeling of having binged.
-
I'm getting sculpted looking arms, and losing off my hips, and feel self conscious about it. This has happened before. When I start seeing changes, I feel like I look like a guy. Then it all works out.
-
I'm also perfectly capable of overeating on a keto diet. Yummmmmm.
-
Lucky men. Whatever you have naturally is fine.
-
And they're tasty if you stir fry them in extra fat.

Black beans, red beans, and black soy beans are fiber bombs, with around 6 grams in a half cup serving. Avocados are loaded too, and so is coconut flour.
-
@hmltwin my diary is open, I get about 100 grams a day, and I don't have shakes. I use protein powder to make pancakes and bread, which taste a lot better to me, and don't need to be sweet.

Read a book without anyone interrupting you, go for a walk, go wherever you want without having to explain it to anyone, enjoy having your own thoughts, see a movie or a show, build a computer, paint a picture of your cat, take a class, take selfies.
