You have totally cute legs and an awesome figure. Anything you do is going to look great.

Actually, only GMOs are studied for safety. It takes a decade, or more, to bring a GM crop to market, because of multiple safety studies required by the FDA, USDA, and EPA. It's your non-GMO crops that don't have to be proven safe, even if they're genetically modified by conventional means.
-
I prefer eating GMOs, even ones grown with the use of Roundup, to eating organic crops grown with copious amounts of the "natural" pesticides that are permitted in certified organic farming.

CICO works, with the caveat that you have to address the things that cause you to want to overeat in the first place.

I wear a bralette to bed. It's probably superstition that it will prevent sagging, but I like wearing one anyway.

I've never had to lose more than 20 pounds, but I have kept it off for about 20 years, and that's something. I think it's possible for skinny people who are aware of their own eating habits to give good advice. Just saying "I've never had a problem," without understanding and explaining how that is, isn't helpful, and…

Heavy whipping cream.

I don't think that medical science has gotten a handle on what cholesterol levels mean. Low trigs are good, especially if LDL is high. My LDL is high too. If your ratio is good, and your trigs are low, it may not be a problem at all.

@LINIA - I do easy cardio everyday for at least 30 minutes, (by easy I mean <70% of my HR max), and high intensity cardio for 15-20 minutes twice a week. I also do full body strength training twice a week, and I sneak in some yoga everyday. I'm a former competitive athlete who has learned about the importance of rest and…

My triglycerides were fine anyway, and they went down too.

You get some glucose out of the glycerol portion of fats

Did you have a baseline measurement of your BF percentage before you started losing weight? If not, don't worry. You probably had a higher percentage before you lost 15 pounds. You're doing a great job. Your brain can use ketones, unless you lack some critical enzyme for ketone metabolism, which is possible, but unlikely.…

Family members often say the worst things. Clothes hang better on tall bodies, and tall women get cuddled, protected, and cherished too. Also, you're beautiful.

I like it in Greek yogurt.

If people are nosy enough to notice what you're watching on your Kindle, it's on them.

Zoloft is concentrated evil.

Some guys will do anything to talk to a woman, including being incredibly rude.

I actually switched to Citalopram, which is less potent, no-longer-under-patent Lexapro (Ecitalopram), because it's cheaper, and noticed that the very few side effects I had on Lexapro were even less on Citalopram. That isn't the way it works, theoretically, but I'm not complaining.

I had the opposite experience, probably because it helps me refrain from emotional eating.

<--- Ridiculously romantic. Fortunately, I find watching Game of Thrones, splitting a dark chocolate bar on top of a mountain, or leaving breakfast for my honey when I take off for the gym to be romantic. If it required nonstop flowers and jewelry, I might be romantically disappointed.

Having to cooperate with other people often means readjusting the equipment, and might knock you off your rhythm, and it's still the socially skilled thing to do, much better than being annoyed and waiting 15 minutes for a machine, if you can't find something else to do. I avoid the whole issue by using free weights. There…

Again, inverted rows under a sturdy table. It's like an easier pull-up.

You Are Your Own Gym would give you a number of options for substitutions. I just did inverted rows, which can be a substitute for lat pulldowns, and which you can do under a sturdy table. I'm doing Strong Curves, too, and do a lot of substitutions if I'm traveling and have no gym access.

It's the magic of physics. Also, your hormones, like ghrelin, are probably trying to trick you into gaining back all that luscious fat, because winter is coming. If you stick with your eating plan, you'll lose the weight, your hormones eventually give up, and suddenly you've been maintaining for years. At least that is how…

Healthier always wins for me. There's a super cute 84 year old former modern dancer in my yoga class who is my role model. I'm sure she was always beautiful, and she still is. Make sure you're getting enough vitamin D and wearing sun protection. I have to take a supplement. It makes my skin look good.

People don't do crossfit at that calorie burn for an hour either, unless they're already extremely strong. I see a lot of WODs that take 15-20 minutes. I like to mix it up too.

Makes me feel like I have a UTI when I don't :'(

I just blocked my bro-in-law! Maybe I should block them all.

I ate yogurt tonight, but I had already logged chicken, and I didn't change it. I didn't feel like cooking.

Any extra calories I have are likely to get eaten in the form of rich, delicious cheese.
