The same thing is happening to me. I thought maybe I'm not consuming enough calories? I guess it's normal to plateau. I do weigh myself too much I think. And I hate gaining around my TOM. It's so frustrating.

try to cut down on sugar and eat protein at every meal or at least lunch and dinner. That seems to keep me fuller longer. Good luck! :)

Sounds really yummy! I'm going to try it!

Fat free layered taco dip. Use fat free refried beans, cheese and sour cream. Spices and lots of tomatoes, Green onion and a few chopped black olives. And maybe some baked tortilla chips, if they still make them. I haven't seen them lately in the stores.

I would stop buying them snacks. And then they would have to eat the more filling food. That's just my opinion.

I am 5'5 and large boned. When I was 175 I wore a size 10/12. I look healthy at that weight. I wish I weighed that now! I would like to eventually get down to 150. I would like to be added to the group, Too. Thanks! :)

Yes at a party when I was 19 or so. I was talking to friends and I had my back facing these two guys. One said "She's cute, Don't you think?" And the other guy said "No. She's fat." I left the party crying that night. People can be very cruel at times!

Hi Kathy! I'm Mindy. I signed up on here a couple of months ago and wasn't quite ready yet. But now I am and I could use support, Too! I am 212 lbs and would like to get down to 150 lbs. I lost 40 lbs 10 years ago and now have gained it all back and then some. :( Would love to be your weight loss buddy!
