Hello... how is everyone on the challenge doing so far? I have been doing good... almost slip but I keep pushing myself and hit my target of 10K per day.

awesome... let's do this together and support each other. I am adding steps by doing exercise videos by JessicaSmith and Leslie Sansone. Taking the stairs, just moving and walking more to hit my 10K each day. It is achievable!

hi, I am from Singapore and I love walking. I have started challenging myself to 10K steps for almost 2 weeks. Been under 10K few times so far. Will keep going and go for the advance walking challenge.

My plan for this Ramadhan is to eat a more balance meals with more vegetables and fruits. I do short 20min simple workouts after subh prayer and some strength training in the evening. Of course green tea works! It is diuretic and helps you pee off all the calories from the pizza, big macs, milk shakes, donuts etc. And it cures cancer and reverse kidney failure too... *serious face*

I don't necessarily need to wear tight fitting clothes to show off my new body. Some loose blouse or shirts actually looks very "kawaii" or even sexy instead of frumpy on me.

Dear, I'm from Singapore too and you are definitely way below the healthy BMI range right now. I'm also currently doing IF (most days anyway) and you are supposed to eat your daily caloric requirements which should be at least 1200 during the feeding window period.

I work out in the morning about half hour after suhur and subuh prayer. Just had milk + dates. Did a simpler modified version of JM Ripped in 30 in the comfort of my own room. Will add some walking after work. Hope I can keep this up throughout Ramadhan :D Need to watch too much of good food (snacks) after Iftar. Must…
