I am back on MFP again because I lost about 60lbs when i was consistent with logging my daily intake of food and workouts and now i have gained a little bit back and I need to lose another 30lbs! so please feel free to add me because i can def use the motivation! :) hope to hear from you all soon!
  • I put in the exact calories I burned but I just eat the calories burned.. i have 1200/day and thats what I stick too no matter how many calories I have burned working out! But then again if entering lesser calories burned works for you then go ahead n do it :)
