I'm Julie and I am getting married in August. So far we have lost our venue and our DJ, so stressful. We decided we are getting married in Key West on our honeymoon lol. So I have a good 40 lbs I want to lose and look the best I have wince Highschool at my awesome wedding and honeymoon.

Feel free to add me I am in the 1200 range as well and I am finding it is not as hard as I thought it was going to be. I plan my meals out a day or two in advance too, that really helps me.

I made these this morning. I used 1 banana 2 egg whites and added 5 chocolate chips per pancake (30 total) and used sugar free syrup. Caloric total was 238...sooo yummy!!

You HAVE to put the scale away. It will make you crazy. I just take pictures instead of weighing in because it doesnt change much for me or if it does it's in the wrong direction...but I look better sooo it's ok :)

I find that I have a hard time eating all my calories, but protein gives me good energy. I upped it on my food diary. I am having trouble with sugar. I am logging and taking a good look at where my sugar is coming from and changing it that way. I still do love cardio. Today I did 20 mins of elliptical, lifted, then walked…

Yay thanks! I am a nursing school and we are talking about muscles and nutrition and yeah cardio is good for your heart but when it comes to osteoperosis and things like that, weight bearing exercise is really important.

I don't count "cleaning" or stuff like that, I count when I go to the gym, or for a run or anything I don't normally do.

I am a nursing studnet and a mom of 3. My teachers always tell us to walk or work out when the stress of school is getting to be too much. It is a big help to me, plus I feel sooo good all day if I eat well or get a quick work out in.

Thanks for the support, I think you're right about working out. I am trying to find good coping mechanisms for all the stress, but finding time to work out is turning into another stressor...but it needs to be a priority. There is just a lot of temptation on vacation. I worry more about the fact that we are sharing the house with other people in my family who aren;t watching what they eat. We will be buying our own food and everything but like at my house I don't buy the junk so it isn't in my house even if I did want to eat it lol.…

Coffee does it for me too...exercise too, even if it is just a quick walk. It's weird that way. Aldo water. I drink a lot of water before I eat anyway so when I feel g=hungry I have some and it can hold me off for awhile.

Idk about the rest of you but at mine there are these big *kitten* dudes going nuts in there and I would feel rediculous in there next to them....there is this one girl in there tho and she lifts and her arms are small but so well…

You aren't doing the same thing for 30 days, you have 3 different levels at 10 days a piece. I was doing it everyday and switched to level 2 after level 1 got to be easy for me which was before the 10 days was up. There have been days that I didn't do it but you are supposed to do it everyday.

I do it daily, not weekly. I do plan my meals before grocery shopping, then in the morning I plan my meals for the day and put it all together in my food diary so I know what I am doing that day. It makes it easy to keep track.
