Seeing all of my friends pregnant and having babies and me struggling for over a year now trying to achieve the same thing with no results. I am 5'7 CW: 199 GW: 150-160 I find below 150 my body really fights it, and I'm happy around that weight. I'm going to aim for 160 as I have newly diagnosed hypothyroidism along with PCOS making it very difficult to even lose 5lbs let alone 40lbs.
