I have a hard time sleeping more than 3 hours at a time at night. I will wake up every 3 hours for about an hour and then finally fall back asleep for about another 3 hours. I still get about 7 hours of sleep give or take a half hour but still have a hard time sleeping more than 3 hours at a time even with a sleep aide.…

Thanks Tinchick. Congrats on reaching 9 years! Prednisone is the most annoying drug out there but is a bittersweet drug all together. I was always sick and could never really get any good exercise in so I'm beginning this journey not knowing how intense to go or anything like that. Luckily my mother in law lives next door…
