BMI and body fat percentage aren't correlated necessarily. If you have a lot of muscle mass then your BMI won't be accurate. Go by body fat percentage. For women 14-20% is athletic, 21-24% is fitness level, 25- 31 is acceptable, 32% or higher is obese. Any less than 10% body fat is not safe either. A goal of 18% is great!…

You should weigh yourself at the same time of day whenever you weigh.. Stick to about once a week if you can (I have my crazy weeks where I want to weigh every day but I try not to obsess) . Also, if you belong to a gym see if they offer body fat composition testing. This is a much more accurate way to measure your fitness…
