I stopped counting calories because of the same reason; I felt that food, exercise, calorie counting etc. was consuming my life and I felt obsessive. Unfortunately, it's 3 years later and I have gained all of my weight back. ( I also struggle with binge eating-which is most of my problem!) I think I made the mistake of not…

I like the Original Fiber One Cereal (with 57% fiber) and I add fresh blueberries. Yummy and healthy.

You look great! Keep it up!

Me too. I watch TV and want to eat while I watch. Food Network also makes me really hungry so I try not to watch it at night.

You look great!

Good for you! Best wishes.

Your meal plan looks like something that I can do, because it looks like it is satisfying and I wouldn't be hungry. Do you eat all 5 meals everyday? Would you list more of the free foods and why are they "free" Thanks. I appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Hi ladies remember me? It was fun to read and see all of the progress you have made. I took a break because I was becoming so obsessed with food it was driving me crazy. I was bouncing between 144-149 and was happy with that-but I overate during the holidays and now I'm 152. I told myself that I would never let myself get…

I have always been thin but for the first time in my life I was overweight-borderline obese- and didn't even care. Vanity is what motivated me in the past, but for the first time ever I was motivated by health. I read an article in Prevention magazine about a dr. who had brain cancer and did research on how foods can help…

Just watched this on Dr. Oz. Eat sugar in moderation because sugar turns to fat.

It's definately interesting to see the different reactions to weight loss. When I started gaining weight I had one friend whose eyeballs seemed to be a living scale weighing me in everytime I saw her. She was not very gracious about her reactions to my weight gain. It's also ironic that she is the only one who hasn't…

Very gorgeous!

Congrats to both of you. I wish my daughter would have healthier eating habits. She has really gained weight since she has been living on her own. I was hoping that my weight loss would inspire her.

I see your point but in our area the unemployment rate was less than 1% and there are more jobs than workers-that has changed with the downturn in the economy and now the unemployment rate is up but it is still lower than the national average.

I agree

I was thinking that if they are really willing to work for food they would be working and not holding a sign saying they are willing to work for food. Maybe the word ironic would fit better instead of oxymoron?
