These wings seem very difficult & confusing to log. So basically if I cook 10 ounces of raw wings and it comes out to 8 ounces, those 8 ounces (including bones) are responsible for 625 calories. Each ounce would be 78.125 cal (625/8) After eating the meat off of the bones, I would reweigh the bones (2 ounces for example)…

Looks like Acesulfame K is just as bad as Aspartame. So depressing trying to find a good tasting drink that is low in calories/sugar that isn't filled with crazy ingredients.

Same here. I tried drinking the Coke zero's and 0 calorie soda's, but now I'm trying to get off of those due to the aspartame. My new go to is Mt. Dew Kickstart @ 80 calories for 16oz

Time is a premium, so I need to choose one or the other. I have 1 hour during lunch where I get to the gym, so I need to choose to lift or run. After work "me" time is not an option.

I lift heavy 5 days a week now, but was debating lifting 3 days and doing some treadmill action 2 days. Not sure if it will help or hinder my weight loss goals. Ok - which is more effective at burning calories.

I don't mind weighing raw (or frozen), its the tallying up the total calories once cooked that is confusing to me

Thanks for the tip about the * So about 375 calories for 8oz og cooked chicken? Also, I bake mine, would that be = to roasting? For future reference, what would be the best way to search for a specific food? I would have never thought to type in Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted

I use a smart shake bottle. I used to use the blender bottle until my son took control of the blender "ball" that goes in it. I found that the smart shaker actually works better than the blender bottle.

I weigh my PB by laying the slice of bread on the scale and spreading 32g of PB on it. Then I drizzle 10g of honey ontop of that and spread it with a knife. How is that not measuring>? Some of the restaurant logs are because I couldn't find anything else to put in. For example, the KFC was actually a charity grilled…

They're not that bad. Since I'm on a cut, my cheat meal is just a larger portion of my regular meal. So instead of 1 hamburger, I'll have 2 or 3. Throw in a bowl of ice cream and that's about it.

I weigh everything on a digital scale. I do have cheat meals once a week, typically on a Saturday evening. I don't eat back exercise calories.

Yes I lost 7 pounds, but I also lost 7 pounds in the first week which I attribute to water weight. I can't really see a difference in the mirror and I haven't had to tighten my belt anymore, so I don't know what is going on. I can't wrap my head around a 2300 calorie TDEE when lifting heavy 4 days a week.

Phase 8 has some good flavors. Currently I'm using MusclePharm Cinnamon roll which is also good. I usually drink it straight with water, but do mix it in with oats or make protein pancakes.
