you won't gain much muscle by doing 50 reps. If you want to gain muscle, low reps high weight. Don't work the same muscle every day. Min 2 days rest between muscle workout.

I tried this tonight. Followed the recipe exactly, but my calories came out to 211 per serving. Not sure where the difference came from. Anyone else have different calories than op? Either way, I thought it was great!

The real problem is accuracy of the database and of the actual calories labeled on the food. I don't think the actual caloric levels are regulated. At least IMO

I can see the pint, if you have multiple items. For me on the other-hand, if I eat a pickle, a piece of butterscotch candy, drink black coffee or coffee with a little cup of creamer (10 calories) I usually don't add them

Thanks for the input. I typically lift free weights. Chest day 1 bi/tri day 2 back/shoulders day 3 legs day 4 Cardio here and there - running or p90x cardio I've had my calories at 2030, I didn't calculate it, just ended up there somehow - don't really follow any typical macro ratio Male - 32y/o - 5'11" - 236lbs

So if you have say 2500kcal a day and you exercise, you eat that many more calories? If that for maintaining weight or losing? Im trying to lose weight/build muscle/

My guess would be target heart rate zone, between x and Y beats per minute, for optimal fat loss or cardiovascular health. Just a guess though

I think isopure has low cholesterol protein powder. It taste like hiney hole if I remember correctly. You can buy it at bodybuilding.con or gnc. Like the other here, I use O.N. whey. Can also be purchased at the same places.
