I usually drink some no sugar added hot chocolate. I make sure it's really hot too so it takes longer to drink. Work sucks. At least it's Friday!

I started p90x on Monday 4/1/13. I tried it once before but never finished it. Hopefully I can do it this time. I couldn't finish Plyo yesterday, my legs gave out on me. Hopefully next week I can do the entire DVD.

Get a personal training session. If nothing else, it will show you how to properly use the equipment so you don't hurt yourself.
