I'm 31, 5'4" & I weigh 195 & am hoping to get down to 135. It sounds like we are on a similar mission. I've tried before but this is the first time I'm taking it seriously. I'd love to keep in touch.

Hello! I have been using this site for 1 week & have already dropped 3 pounds healthfully. I'm watching my calories and working out for 30 min 3 times a week. I will have to finish in annother post.
