It definitely won't hurt you. Maybe just eat half of those calories back when you are having one of these days. I play 2 hours of intense tennis and burn over 1000 calories. I will eat a little more.

Got the FT7 and love it. The chest strap is comfy too.

I have been eating between 300-400 calories at breakfast. But when I get to work, I have another 100 because my job is quite physcial. I am experimenting with eating about 500-600 calories before I go to work in order to sustain me for a couple of hours before I have my morning snack.

I've got the Polar FT7. Great HRM/calorie counter. Easy to use. The chest strap is suprisingly very comfortable to wear.

I just purchased a Polar FT7 HRM. It is recommended by a lot of members here. Just do a search and read for yourself. Polar is well known for HRMs. I got mine for $99.99 plux tax. Not bad. Plus I got the Men's instead of the ladies because of the colour. But that was my choice. Only difference is the width of the wrist…

I debated on the FT4 or the FT7. I bought the FT7 yesterday on sale. I am sure the 4 is just as great. I don't workout without it. It's so much accurate than any of the machines can tell me as well as MFP. Have fun using it. I found the instuctions were self expanatory and very easy to use.

I went to a friends place for a bbq yesterday. I was very proud of myself for only having a hamburger patty with a litte sauteed onion and mushroom and a few roasted potatoes and carrots. Well, although it is not fast food, I am still paying for it this morning. Guess my body don't like even the smallest amount of greasy…

Check out the Recipe section of the forum. There is a particular thread dedicated to theses noodles. Just do a quick search for shirataki noodles.

I have Endomondo too but only the free version. It gives you options to change the exercises. I am thinking about the pro version because you can log in interval training.

BUMP! I made my noodles and veggies like a stir fry and they were yummy. Thanks!

Sweet mashed potatoes. Peel, boil and mash. Very easy. Add a little milk to smooth it out and add any seasoning. Enjoy!

Play 2 hours of advanced level of tennis (singles)

If there are any Canadians that live in BC, AB or ON, these can be found at T&T supermarket. They carry both Tofu and non-tofu versions of this noodle. I bought mine for $1.59 a pack.

They were a hit! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I followed the recipe but pureed it in food processor to make it smoother, then placed it in a casserole dish and sprinkled some panko crumbs and shredded cheese on top. YUMMY! Cheers!
