I sell Body By Vi and I just want to say that I recommend real food over a replacement shake any day. If you want to add a protein shake a post-workout or as a snack you could do that but replacing a meal with it, I will never recommend. Probably why I don't make any money selling it lol.

LOL, I will admit the writing was poor but Fifty Shades was a fun read for me. I got through all three books fairly quickly and I thought it was a quick and fun read. I never took it seriously. Plus I can't stand romance novels so I liked them.

Well if weight is entirely genetic how come I have never been thin yet my mother, father, sister, aunts and uncles, have pretty much always been within a healthy weight range. Lets find something else to blame besides ourselves for being big.
