I'm 5'9" and my target weight is 153 (what I weighed in high school and 10 years ago in my avatar picture). I would be happy at 165 though. 168 is the top of the healthy BMI for me. I have a large frame/bones. I think my lowest at this height was probably 147 or so in high school during basketball season.

3 looks the best for a wedding/party . For your chest size, 1 makes you seem more "frumpy" /top-heavy with the frills/ruffles on the bodice.
