It may seem random, but I read that book, The Hidden Plague and she mentioned leaky gut syndrome... I planned to follow the paleo diet, but I was afraid of the large committment... so to start I force fed myself yogurt to eat more healthy bacteria... and lo and behold (knock on wood) I am feeling super! No more breakouts…

I feel your pain, I've been logging for 52 days, and have become so frustrated I've resorted back to cheat days more often than not. Thought I was doing great and have only lost 4 pounds. I've vowed to weigh in once a week on Mondays, because I started this journey on a Monday and that seemed best. If I got on the scale every day and watched the numbers there I'd probably already be discouraged and have given up. Good luck!!

I'm 5'4 and current weight is 194. My goal is around 130 too. Never stuck to dieting long enough to see anything close to that. Lowest weight I can remember is 165. Good luck in your weight loss!
