  • you can eat all that, just do it in moderation, like once a week. and get in a realllly good work out that day.
  • add canadian bacon (thick ham that is good for you), I also like mushrooms, tomatoes - and you can sprinkle a little bit of parmesan on top to give you the 'cheese' satisfaction. Onions and peppers are also good too.
  • Hi Everyone! I too need to lose 15lbs by mid August. I am eating healthy and exercising. But has anyone tried or thought about slim fast for a short term weight loss? I've done it before in the past and it worked great to kick the 15 lbs I needed. Probably not as helpful for 40 lbs, but does anyone have thoughts?
