Maybe try relaxing before doing it. Not too much or you won't feel motivated to get back up and do it. But after you get your daughter to bed sit down with a hot cup of tea. Chill out and take some deep breaths that way before even doing yoga.

My protein usually comes from nuts, dairy, and things like veggie burger patties, ect.

This is what I used to tell myself when I worked in a K-1 building...the kid probably got some sort of snot or other germs on it. Just toss it when no one's looking!

My non scale goal is to take a TON of pictures when I'm out with friends and feel good about most of them instead of only liking one.

I use egg beaters but today I made them with some fat free feta, tomato, and basil and threw it all in a tortilla. I also love to make scrambles with veggie sausage and bell peppers. <3 Little changes are so important. I messed up for a few days and it's HARD getting back on track. I may not be around 1200 calories today but I can be under 1500. Make a small change everyday and within a week you'll be where you need to be. :)

I'm with you. I've been going strong and this week I've given in to a lot of the Valentines Day baked goods that have been floating around my office. :( Today is a new day and we can get back on track right now! I do a lot of crockpot recipes. That way when my son and I get home it's ready to go. It's also nice because it makes a large pot and then we can refrigerate or freeze some for days when we need something quick. Drinking tea always helps keep me feel satisified throughout the day. I don't necessarily use it as a suppressant but my work day is incredibly boring so it keeps me from mindless munching. Of course, I try to have a well balanced day food wise otherwise so I'm not actually hungry.

I buy them at my local grocery store. I found them in the meatless section where the tofu and tempeh and stuff are. I think they're disgusting! The smell is horrendous and the texture is awful. My friend really likes them, though.

I slice zuchinni and sautee it for a bit with some diced tomatoes and garlic, oregano, and onion. Melt some part skim mozzarella over it. Yum.
