You are doing amazing! I started the c25k program too and am up to running a 5k straight through. Working my way back up to doing half marathons again. Good luck and keep up the good work. And remember a bad run only makes the good runs that much better!

That definitely comes with time. I was the same way for the first year of running. I thought I would never get past the breathing issues but actually noticed it improved over time. Keep going it will get better. :smile:

I plan on starting it on Sunday, I was going to start it this past Sunday but my chiropractor messed my back up and I am off the board until hopefully this weekend. I started it once before but got wrapped up in other workouts and let this one slide. I know people that have done it and love it. I will be here to cheer you…
