This is so encouraging!! Especially as I am just starting to train up to do 10K - starting off doing 5K 3 times a week and going to increase it from there, but this is really encouraging to read! Well done for sticking with it!!!

I do my fitness dvd 4 times a week - this includes a toning session and a dance work out session combined, which takes an hour. I don't have much time during the day so I do it after work during weekdays, which has really helped me lose the weight I have lost!

I get like that sometimes, the eating and eating and never seeming to be full? This was before I started limiting what I ate, it just gets a bit tough on me sometimes, and I think 'well is all this worth it?' yknow?

Yeah I thought I would have a glass of water after I felt hungry, and it really did help! I think a lot of my hunger is thirst so I am going to try and drink more water as well and see if that helps!
