Bath and Body also has a cracked heel lotion that works great. Doesn't smell great, but will get your feet in shape pretty quickly (continue to scrub as well)

Wow, congratulations, you look fantastic!

Turkey Taco Salad...my favorite! a couple cups of romain ground turkey cooked with taco seasoning (buy it or make your own for less sodium) then really whatever you want for toppings, I usually do something like: black beans hot salsa light sour cream grilled or roasted corn hot peppers so so so good. Not super light in…

Man you guys make me feel whimpy! I sort of re-did workout 1 stage one today, did it last week but then changed up my schedule a bit so decided to just start over today. I was pretty happy with my 40 lbs step ups and 70 lbs seated row, but my squats could only handle 25 lbs while keeping form! I thought that was decent…

Agreeing with the other posters, stretching before and after is a must, lots of water and lots of protein. My after workout soreness was greatly reduced after I increased my protein. I see from your profile that your vegetarian, there are some good soy based protein powders out there, maybe give them a shot?

Hi there, Maybe you should give increasing your calorie intake a shot? I recently (like last week recently) upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 per day and feel a LOT better. I know it's not for everyone and it feels counter intuitive, but there are a lot of people on these boards who have been very successful by eating…

I second new rules of lifting for women. I just started this week, so can't share any results yet, but I really like the way the program is set up. Basically you start with weights you are comfortable with...maybe try pushing a little higher than you think you can, then the program is designed to increase your strenght and…

I love my Levis! super comfy, flattering and lots of cuts for all body types. I prefer the classic strait leg, mid rise, not too high, not too low!
-
Damn girl, you look fantastic! You actually exactly what I'm aiming for, very fit! What is your workout routine like?
-
Hi everyone! I just did my first NROLFW workout this morning. It went well, but the weight room was pretty busy and I felt a bit lost in there. I actually did sign on with a trainer for a little while until I get comfortable, and get my form down right. Meeting with the trainer Friday morning. I've spent the last two hours…

Hi everyone! I'm 5'2 and been doing MFP for about a month now. I've yet to lose 1 single lb, but have lost some inches so I think I will stay away from the scale for the next month and concentrate on how I'm feeling and how my clothes fit! It is a bit discouraging, but I know dropping lbs for us "fun sized" (love that it's…

This is my biggest issue too. I try to work out a little harder on the weekends to allow for more freedom...the problem is for me that beers inevitably lead to Doritos! I try to eat very healthy (trying to kick the dorito habit!) and low carbs on the weekends, that way you have more room for a few drinks.
-
I love that! I fit back into my shorts from last summer for the first time this weekend! Good thing too...vacation starts in 7 days!
-
I got some quick results with 30 day shred too. No weight lost but also about 4 inches by day 8 or so. I'm finishing up level 1, starting level 2 later this week, excited to move on! I don't think it matters what time of day you do the work out, just as long as you do it! I've started incorporating the no more trouble…

I just started Jillian's no more trouble zones....let me tell you that woman seriously works your legs in that routine! She does the normal squats and lunges...but the last two circuits i believe are all matt based leg, hip and butt moves. Lots of leg raises, scissors, donkey kicks, fire hydrant kicks, brutal plank…

Thank you thank you thank you for posting this!! I'm on day 7 of level 1, but starting incorporting NMTZ yesterday and am so sore I was going to skip it tonight....not now, such great inspiration!!
-
Thanks, that's very helpful. are you using a HRM to determine your calorie burn?
-
Thanks a bunch for your reply, I think I'll give NMTZ a try tonight! Looking forward to it, though I know it will kick my butt!
-
I'm 5'2, want to drop about 20 lbs. I generally burn between 300 and 350 a day, haven't seen my scale move down at all either! Inches are coming off so I am seeing some progress, am actually thinking about upping my calories a couple hundred, I've been staying right around 1200 the past few weeks. UGH!!
-
Yowza hot mama, you look fantastic!
-
Thanks for these! I love the difference between try and triumph, may have to print that up and post it!

That's awesome girl! Are you following the nutrition plan it comes with? If not, what kind of diet are you doing? [/quote] Yes this!!! I want to eat what you eat!! Damn girl!
