Ive done the south beach diet and that cuts out carbs and surgars for the 1st 2 weeks and I saw immediate results. That is a problem that I have, my body converts every carb and sugar into fat. I try my best to stay away from fruits even though they are super yummy

I eat 1400 calories a day and I agree that it is hard, but we do not have the packaged meals. We are on a tight budget so we try and buy in bulk and as fresh as we can. Feel free to add me :)

Hey! Yeah, Jillian Michael does the 30 day shred. We bought it at wal-mart last night for $10 and also a set of weights for $8. I plan on starting tonight :) Not too bad to try for less than $20 bucks! :D
