How do I log crunches/leg lifts?
I really want to loose this weight and keep it off. I cannot afford to go to a gym and between the heat and the storms, I can't always get a walk outside. So I'm trying to do some exercises in home. How do I log crunches/leg lifts? Also, I have a Jillian Michaels 30DS dvd, how would I log that?

Has anyone done the JM 30DS? I'm trying to see how effective it is and how many calories it burns? Sadly, I'm wayyy over weight at 269lbs and I am trying to loose weight and keep it off. I've never been great at dieting but I really need to loose the weight. Any tips/advice will be greatly appreciated :)
