A Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut bar is always yummy and should hold you over until morning. But I don't agree with the "don't eat after _". I say if your under your calories, eat! :drinker:

Almost everything in my refrigerator or cabinet is fat-free or reduced-fat, or at least sugar-free. Lost 100 pounds..... Yes, it does count as water. And I love them too! The only problem is that 1/2 (half) the pack is 5 calories. It may not seem like much, but it can add up quickly especially if your like me and chain drink.
