I tottaly chant " I have to lose 20 pounds" over and over again not only does it give me motivation but it also helps me with my breathing.

You dont need it you want it I have learned if i want a sweet then to take 1 small bite and throw the rest away, so that way its in the trash you wont eat that and your satisfied now. Helps everytime

Hi i'm new to MFP I was at 190 03/11 lost 30 now im stuck at 160 my goal for now is 140 pretty close lets buddy up.
