As of this morning I met my 1 st 10 lb weight lose goal. 9 more of those 10 lb goals to go. I am so addicted to the t.v., computer and just being lazy that I am really proud that I have accomplished this. I have been pushing myself everyday to make myself walk even if it is in the barn (we dairy farm). Being home all day…

I am so glad super_phine asked this question cause I am having the same problem and I also was beginning to wonder if it was going to become a problem. I only have 2 points left for protein and I still have an afternoon snack and supper to eat yet today.

I am determined to conqure my emotional eating habit. I have six kids and husband and I run a dairy farm. I am inside a lot during the winter and am putting a stop to emotional eating. I have 100 lbs to lose.
