I eat almonds and beef jerky when I really want something good! Otherwise I snack on celery sticks and other low carb veggies. I also try to avoid too much cheese. Sometimes I have sugar free jello with whipped cream! That is really fun!

I am motivated! For some reason I seem to be at a stall....don't quite know how to break out of it. I keep my carbs under 25 a day, drink lots of water...no diet sodas or anything like that...so???? but, I am not discouraged. I think a good weigh in day is Friday!

Oh...I love pizza! I make my own using flatout bread for the crust. It has 6 net carbs and is a good size...like a personal pan pizza size. Then I use pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. I drink Kangen alkaline water. It is super-hydrating and I have no problems with dehydration at all. It also has helped with weight loss. I do drink a lot of water every day...about a gallon and don't drink any sodas, coffee, or anything else. I love it!!

Hi... I have been LC for nine months and have lost 50 pounds. I am really LC....stay under 30 a day. I don't know if I am in ketosis or not because I don't test but I feel terrific! I think about 1-2 pounds a week is what is right... Vicki

Just keep going! I have that happen sometimes too....gain a pound when I know I have stayed on the program. My weight loss was pretty dramatic in the beginning but now is about 1 pound a week...sometimes only 1/2 pound...but I am determined!!

My favorites are Julian Bakery smart carb #1 and #2 breads and carbmaster yogurt from Ralphs. I really haven't experimented much past those as far as "comfort" foods go. I mainly stay with meat, chicken, fish and the right veggies. :-) I would love to hear what others have found!!
